George, Paul was promoting - making a market for their guys to sell is one likely conclusion, knowiing they had nothing promising to offer to get this dog going - it becomes one of those to sit on the shelf and sell off when you need some tax losses to offset some C/gains...ofr this to get back into the 20's will be a suprise to me
