Dont fall for the Dems lies and distorted facts. The party is OUT OF CONTROL. They are violating the Constitution with these filibustering acts and they are lying about the %ages as well. When they talk of 95% etc they include trial court judges. If you cut to the chase you will find that Bush has had the fewest confirmed judges WHERE IT COUNTS of all Presidents in modern history. The Dems can lie to themselves, but WE THE PEOPLE know better and will take appropriate action in the next election. jdn
