if they come to some mutual agreement and the senate starts to move forward again i am for it. I have to expect any negotiations that get approved are better than the nuke option.

One or two judge loss does not lose a country. I expect they can find one or two just as qualified to replace any judge nomination they give up in negotiations.

Senators have lost control over their own actions. Most of them now cow tail to special interest groups.
