Don't know if anyone else saw the network news on ABC and NBC last night but they had a segment on day trading investment properties. They had on a guy from South Flordia who was average a holding period of no more than one week. He stated that he had also flipped a number of properties within hours in two separate closings. It's getting more and more visibility on the news since last year.
