No I'm saying the founding fathers didn't use fillibusters for anything so changing the rules back to the same ones in use by the founders, the actual guys who wrote the Constitution, would hardly offend the framers. The framers know what they wrote, and they didn't use fillibusters. Any Parlimentarian should see this. Not having fillibusters is 100% Constitutional.
