I am for living by the Constitution. I view it a the glue that binds our society together. Constitutional law is not some county fair contortion act. The document does not live or breath. It was written and means what it always meant. I support the Senate dispatching their duties of Advise and Consent as they did for 214 years before Democrats invented new minority rights heretofor not previously found in the Constitution.
