Maybe so, never no in hypothetical situations, but I for one think this principal is more important then the Dems threat to stop the Senate. Now I hear of a proposal that the Senate will suggest a POOL from which the President can pick from. Now if THAT isnt a deviation from the Constitution I dont know what would be. jdn
