Amen brother. IMHO, while this sounds harsh, I think we ought to provide food, shelter and education to all.. BUT, we should control it. I suspect putting the needy into a controlled environment, making sure they obtain education and decent food would go far to absolve poverty in this country, rather then just handing out stamps and cash which may be wasted. jdn
