Charles: So what? Bulls flog stocks that they are long, bears criticize stocks that they are short - are you surprised? That is always the motive. The issue is, which side understands reality, and which side has analyzed the company's prospects the best. Hedgy1's knowledge of the facts impresses me. I certainly would stay away, based on what he said. If you have reasons why you think he is wrong, state them. To post that you have figured out his motive - Oh my God! He might be short! - is to add nothing.
