Increased combustion chamber temp will raise efficiency as the amount of work extracted from the working fluid is proportional to the ratio of the combustion temp and the exhaust temp. I was wrong about the max 59.3% number. That is the maximum percentage of energy that can be extracted from the wind by an open (unshrouded) wind turbine. After all these years these numbers kinda run together. <g> Slagle
