Well, considering that republicans bottled up 70 or so of Clinton's appointees I think the fact that the democrats have bottled up 10 of Bush's appointees shows they are slacking. They should have bottled up more. (just to keep things even)

It is completely laughable that after bottling up 70 of Clinton's appointees that they are now trying to make it sound like a lack of an up and down vote is some kind of injustice.
