You are worried about semantics. Whether it's called fully diluted or whatever, I'm talking about EPS after all dilution is taken into account. The difference between us is you are debating semantics and that doesn't change my main point, that buying back shares is as good for shareholders as issuing a dividend and that it wouldn't accomplish anything to penalize employees for the company's buyback program.
