No insider selling reports have appeared. I am only speculating.
The two days before the news hit the wires, we saw big price
decline on big, big volume. Hmmm... It reminds me of Lotus
stock the day before IBM announced the buyout. Up on big,
big volume. The insiders cheat their shareholders. That
is the price an outsider must pay to play the game. The
SEC can only do spot checks because of limited resources.

I just checked my records. The volume on the day BEFORE
the public disclosure was, by far, the highest for all
of 1996 (I only checked 1-2-96 to present). This no coincidence. Record volume
is always associated with news.
