I think at this point VRTY management will do some house cleaning, painting and gradening then put up a "For Sale" sign. That may be why the new big cheese is not well known. I believe he was brought in to make Verity attactive to buyer. I can't see any other reason to hold this stock as profits look to be many qtr's away if ever. I suspect big share holders just want to break even at this point and have brought in management team to do just that.
