Somehow I dont feel SAFE with out vast social security surplus included in the general fund and now squandered away on spending it was never designed for. Were the US govt a Corporation for profit heads would roll and people would be in jail. Incidentally, if the overall market it unsafe for us little folk, wonder why its OK for the govt people to invest their funds in? jdn
