Riley: this kugler guy (and Hed) bounce from bear to bull like a yo-yo. Anyone that listens to him will most certainly be left high and dry. His credibility is nill, and I am positive that he doesn't give a damn about OVIS fundamentals. He's just trying to spread FUD. Sounds like a market-maker "good 'ole boy friend" to me.
