Last night I sent my in-laws with a "go to the head of the line pass" to the new Rain at the Source. Here's what they told me: The line at 6:00 was long and the wait time for a table was 1 1/2 hrs. There were 2 lines for tables..it seems this rain takes call ahead reservations too. They sat right down because of the pass. The food and service was excellent. They had Rasta Pasta and loved it.The noise level was VERY high...so noisey that they had a hard time hearing each other across a table! I think alot of children having a great time in the restuarent contributed to the noise level too. There is a problem with the misting system where they were sitting. They kept getting wet and had to move their seats away from the wall. They told the manager and she was most gracious and appoliged profussly. She said they had a few complaints about the mist and said that they were aware of the problem and it will be fixed. She left and returned with a coupon for 2 free meals because of the inconvience! This was their 1st time to Rain and they were very impressed. A neighbor of mine asked me yesterday if I went to that new restuarent in the mall...she went with her kids and loved it! She loved the food...they were a party of 9 and tried alot of different dishes. She was very impressed at how great the waiter was...he was very attentive to the 5 kids in their party.
