Andrew & all, I noticed that COHR is not only in the medical laser application business but also in the semi equipment business thru its German subsidiary lambda-something... Now I know that rival Cymer (CYMI) is about to develop the new excamer (I might have spelled that wrong) laser technology, needed for DUV (deep ultraviolet) wafer fabrication processes. Do You or anybody else out there have a glimpse if Coherent could be expected to follow the same path and whether COHR could be expected to yield some results on such a project ??? regards, CROSSY bTW: didn't yet enter the stock, but really like it'S potential. Might get into it soon...
