We have a similar situation to OVIS happening right now with EUTO. The float is being drastically reduced by a company stock swap deal that was completed Aug 31 and investors are requesting their stock certificates in mass. There will soon be a big short-squeeze. Stock is still cheap but it has been doubling every day.
