And some of them aren't simple things where you can nail down an exact number and chart it and have the chart be very meaningful.


I gather you haven't been in the business world in the last 15 years or so. Charting goals is generally just a question of finding the right question to ask, and remember.... always draw the chart so that up is good.

But the other thing to keep in mind is the scale. It's easy to raise the forces from none to some positive number, but it may reach a plateau that would become noticeable on the chart.
