Another big surge in San Diego downtown condo listings, and more price reductions, starting to look more ominous. Has a big building or two opened up, with the flippers out in full force? It looks like when "pending" popped over 20 a week, it just brought out even more sellers, and now pendings have rolled over the last couple weeks. Prices appear flat TYD. sdcondo.com
