Sorry pal, that honor goes to Clinton, who also paid off all of Reagan's "voodoo" economic debt. Now we need two or three Clintons to pay off Dumbya's unprecedented deficits. Dumbya never says "supply side" or "trickle down", but he's a voodoo guy too. Dumbya's also like LBJ in a way, he wants guns AND butter at the same time, but he puts it on the national credit card. Tax cuts in wartime makes war pain-free, but it will cost your kids.
