Which is a total evasion of the issue raised. The issue is simply this: Did what is charged happen or not? If so, it is a clear violation of the 3rd Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. Even if you say they were NOT POWs, decent police are not allowed to beat prisoners to death.

And there is more than just getting information involved here. There is the matter of taking and holding the moral high ground. You let your enemy blow their credibility and reputations with beheadings and mistreatments. It becomes clear enough to the man in the street who he wants running things soon enough.
