Seems to me if the guys who wrote the constitution didn't use a single fillibuster against judges, that this tells you the constitutionality of these the perpetual assailants of the Constitution! They regularly attack protected rights like the 2nd Amenmentment, now they are attacking the right to a free up down vote on judges.
