GD...I must be developing dyslexia. Seems I somehow changed the intended symbol CKR to CRK in my original response. That led to yesterday's confusion about possibly looking at the wrong chart. Here's how my comments were intended to have appeared:

CKR continues in a short-term downtrend but looks like it wants to move higher. Buying ahead of earnings can be hazzardous to ones health so I try to avoid these kinds of situations. In the absence of a negative earnings surprise, I'd look for the current downtrend to be broken very soon and for price to take out the recent high at a minimum.

Hope this clears up the confusion. Incidentally, the comments still appear valid.
