Let me answer all of your questions just so I can demand you answer mine.

1. Never owned stock in the old Olympus. Did you?
2. Bought a small position recently in the new company just so I can read through the subpoenad information when this melts down.
3. I do not have ANY relationship to any MM's in this issue. Do you?
4. As a private citizen, I can legally post on any stock. And you do know that I neither solicit nor recommend sale or purchase of this security. The fact that I am licensed does not prevent me from posting, which a man of your stature and knowledge of the industry must surely know. Ask the SEC...I have.
5. I am not privy to any inside information from ANY source on OVIS. Are you?

So you have my answers...let's have yours...just for the record. I am sure we all want to have your answers in print.
