How is discussing how money which went to the CEO and top mgt which could have gone to shareholders is OT?

In addition to this, the more general question is.......With all the billions of dollars of profits over recent years, why has virtually none of this found its way to the shareholders? There always is enough money for increasing executive compensation, extensive option handouts and associated share buybacks, payola schemes to prevent fair competition, multi million dollar support of flash losses, etc.etc. You would think the naive shareholder would realize over time that Intel simply doesn't give a dam about them.
