Doug, I've done a bit of study on Ugly since the big dive. The only negative news is the 6 millon 3rd quarter charge that would start this downward movement. The rest of their fundamentals look solid. The question for me now is not why - but how far will it drop. I have been watching the TA - BB and RSI - not much indication of where it will stop - resistance levels are weak (at best) in the 12-13 range. I also searched for candlestick indicators that could give us some clues. The closest indicator is the Unique Three River Bottom Bullish - but it is not an exact fit -"Bullish" does sounds nice though. Check it out and see if you agree. scifi.co.uk John
