Randy, I do appreciate that although it is not
necessary. I think we got over it the other day.
Most of us have a few posts of our own we'd rather not
have on the boards now. I've named mine 'Gaffe Mountain'
and I look at it often to improve the signal/noise ratio
of my posts (that's the intention, at least).

Re: the NASDAQ thing. It seems to be picking up a lot
of political/legal steam which I think is the incorrect
focus. There's nothing political/legal about it. My beef
with it is simply that they shouldn't blow a few million
on something that isn't likely to work (too much material).
Anybody can read my posts, so whether it's a software
device or a human doesn't really matter. I did have a
minor political leaning on this matter earlier, but I've
since changed my mind.

If they really want to help the investment community, then
Nasdaq should 'sponsor' an educational section of SI which
shows 'yer average Joe' the defining boundaries of insider
trading (what's trouble; what's not), how to recognize
touts and scams.

enjoy the remainder of your weekend.
