Odd hoax or glitch. No filings since the munch by HBIO, no filings for HBIO hinting at this, not even using the "show latest filings" up to the minute EDGAR search. Certainly no reaction in HBIO's stock price. It originally IPOd on May 5th, 2000. Don't know if it was a Monday. I'd be looking for some kind of correction or retraction. Cheers, Tuck
