TIGER is important but ISIS is primarily an antisense platform for drug development. they have had some difficulties with their level one drugs and have not yet gotten level two pipeline past stage one, so the market is very much saying show me... nevertheless, imo, the platform and their proprietary knowledge estate is worth much more and i'm wlling to take this risk reward bet here. and i do think TIGER will add substantially to the value. but do your own DD.
