All actions have consequences.

You support a change to current Senate rules, but NOT a more radical change to increase majority powers in the Senate. We have determined that much anyway.

(The fact that the Senate Parlimentarian is prepared to rule that Senate rules require a 2/3 majority to approve a change to the Senate rules though... and that you seem prepared to ignore the Parlimentarian's ruling and let Cheney's vote effect a change to the rules with only a 51 to 50 vote, does make your position seem a little more radical then at first glance. If written rules don't mean anything anymore... then that throws open the door to LOTS of things.)
