And what does any of that (Abu Ghraib, Saddam's pictures) have to do with the incorrect Newsweek story about Koran flushing?

What if our President was paraded in his underwear in prison? American liberals would cheer.

What if our soldiers, male and female - were captured and photographed naked, in compromising poses - or made to crawl through the dirt? We've seen them dragged through the streets of Mogadishu, we've seen dead and captured Americans displayed as trophies in Iraq, we've seen living Americans have their heads sawed off their bodies in Iraq. Of course, not much is made of this.

Sure Americans have abused prisoners in Afghanistan and Iraq - and unlike our opponents, we have punished the guilty parties who did it. Why do you ignore that? Why do you post as if abuse of prisoners was American policy? You know it isn't.
