We can all think up reasons why sellers might not list their home in the MLS. The curious bit is the sudden change in behaviour. There are definitely far more homes with "For Sale" signs now in May than there was in March, as I would expect. Yet the number of listings in the Los Angeles MLS has declined by 2/3 since March."'
