Kovich, I just went through one of these, so I know. It was QWST. It was indicated initially at 17-20, then went out at 22. The reason? They needed to find a better balance between the juice they left the initial buyers (ie price appreciation on the first day), and what the company took in. When they found that they were oversubscribed and they were going out too low at the 17-20 price, they upped it for the company. I don't mind good deals being supported by the underwriters and being dealt out higher. This one was done by Solomon, and QWST now is in the low 40's. I hope MRVC gets the big bucks, and it may be higher than 30.5. Let's hope so. Regards
