Do they think people are not going to find out a way around them?>> On the last tax raise on smokes a lot of gas stations lost front windows to the smash and grab bunch. Anybody who goes to Kentucky also brings back a trunk load. The smart people paid $20 for a rolling machine and are turning them out for about 75 cents a pack. What the internet people didn't understand was there's a federal law that requires the smokes shippers to turn over names and numbers to states that ask for them.
