Hi Slacker, The latest numbers from iSuppli indicate that 17% of the NAND supply is now coming from non-licensed sources. This could be a nice source of upside if Sandisk manages to get the same type of royalties that they are getting from their current licensees. That could add another 40-45MM per year if they can get them to obtain licenses from Sandisk! Still no date for next round of Lexar vs. Toshiba. How long does it take to heal from a broken arm? ;-) And does it prevent one from handing down the judgement? Although, signing the document would be a problem! ;-) :-) -Pam
