If you mean the International Criminal Court at The Hague, then no, the US does not recognize its claimed jurisdiction. Neither does Russia, China, Japan, Mexico, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Chile, the Philipines, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Ethiopia and a host of other sovereign states ... including ... the Principality of Monaco.
