I doubt anyone wants to hear this but we are in a new age; there is no "LEAVING" any place. Political borders are becoming less and less relevant except as economic controls. Cultures are blending and changing to be less distinct in the Nationalistic sense. Countries that think they can run isolated regimes will be tumbling one after another and we will have a common global culture and society in the near future; I give it two generations.
