That is not what I asked Laz at all.

I am sorry you did not realize Laz and I were referring to WAR CRIMES charges, not just ANY charges.

I believe you can see from the above quotes that it is not me "changing ground rules", but you not taking note of the said "ground rules" before participating in the discussion.
