Not at all. I am saying that a court martial is not a war crimes trial.

Show me a generally accepted, clear definition of what constitutes a "war crime" and explain how charging someone with a given alleged crime differs depending on whether or not it is labeled a "war crime" and tried by a "war crimes tribunal" versus a long-established court of military justice.
