Hey rch - I've gone back perhaps read a thousand posts since I first started on this board. I also went over Reid's great tutorials and summaries. I like his theories and they mesh often with what I've learned over the years.

You can find TA theories abounding everywhere and many have their own feel. I've found you have to get comfortable with your own approach and modify to the type of stock that you have. In the microcap area, which I have been playing, volume is often too light to be totally dependent on TA.

Yet, I have found Reid's approach very helpful and I am now using it in much of my work along with my other techniques. There are some other boards here, including the people who used to post. Take a look at the people and see where they post.

There are also a few on IHUB, but most are more momentum plays with very little little analysis. I.e., buy when volume comes in and it is going up. I prefer to try to see turning points.

Hope that helps.
