chci diluting shareholders by roughly 20% with this secondary...surprised it's only down 5% here, should be closer to 10%, think it may be. they'll be able to use the cash to help biz, but down 5% on a 20% dilution of shareholders a bit too small...bet price catches up a bit, maybe overshoots at some point? I'd like it on that gap fill for sure.
