I could make a parallel statement that I also believe to be true:

The only numbskulls around here are the Americans who are silent about the atrocities committed by their brethren.

Now, to explain that, anti-war Americans do believe a lot of atrocities have been committed by American troops. We invaded a country and bombed lots of civilians, including babies, women, old men and wedding parties, to smithereens. Those people did nothing to harm us. Anti-war Americans also believe that there is no justification for the torture and other severe interrogation techniques used at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo.

There are many Muslims who are peaceful and are at odds with the tactics of Muslim terrorists, incidentally. However, when America does not discriminate and kills innocents, it is not hard to understand why we are turning more and more Muslims against us.
