Then the Republicans can start the entire process over again but this time with fewer judges on the line. This is very odd.

Democrats should simply shut down the Senate and then spend the rest of the time in the media telling the country they're doing it to prevent Republicans from cementing in one-party rule. Most of the country is clueless about the bickering.

Heck, most of the country is clueless.
