What number is larger retard, 174/1 or 23/1? Cross multiply if you have to dipshit and you will see that 174 is a larger number and larger fraction. To get to 23/1, guess what, you have to subtract.

Do you have any idea how many troops would be required for a ratio of 174 soldiers per each Iraqi? Lets say there are 80 million Iraqis. That would require 174 X 80 million Iraqis in troops.
