I'm still 90% convinced that about the time of the Downing Street Memo (July, 2002) that UK PM Toady B-liar got a call from John Major outlining the tremendous opportunities in store for Tony and Cherie when Tony retired from the government and took up his rightful place with the Carlyle Group. As long as Bliar kept his nose firmly planted up Dubya's keister.
