Find every senile retired judge in the country and vet them for security, lack of bribery, and originalist ideals. Those that pass the muster, give recess appointments to; even while you have nominees waiting to be confirmed. You have a great idea.

That would have the obstructionist party so upset they would all be having kittens. The spew from the DemoLib media would turn up a few notches.
