Oh, I understand you very well, sir. To you, I am "fatuous," state legislatures and state courts are "inept, a putrid joke full of charlatans and grifters," and the only saviors of mankind are federal judges.
That is precisely why, days ago in this discussion, I said you belonged to the intelligentsia elite. You believe that your intellect is superior, not only to mine, but to that of state judges and state legislatures, and that your only intellectual peers are on the federal bench.
They feel the same way about themselves, although I doubt they'd feel the same way about you. ;^)
