Gee, one would think that unless some type of "digital signature" is admissable in a court of law, one could then logically construe that it would be extremely difficult to prove that one who does such dastardly things <s> could in fact, be proven as one who did in fact "do" such dastardly things <G> (long ungrammatical sentence isn't it? <g>).
